My massage technique is atypical. There is no stroking or caressing of your skin with oils. I currently use a Rock Away method, as well as vibrational myofascial release techniques. 

          I observe your body as an entity. The fascia is a layer of dense fibrous connective tissue which surrounds individual muscles, and also divide groups of muscles into fascial compartments. Ligaments join one bone to another bone; fasciae  connect muscles to other muscles. Your muscles are affected long term if you have had any accidents or falls, any intervention such as surgery, trauma or any type of stressful impact. I am able to loosen non-functioning areas of the body that bothered a client for many years. The longer an injured area is left unattended, the more aches and pains will appear.

           My goal is to find the root of that tension, release and untangle your muscle compartments, which will allow your body to adjust to a new state of health and comfort. Layer by layer I work deep into tissue until I reach the bone. The results are truly amazing and long lasting.
